Preheat oven to 350º: | |
| In baking dish: | ||
| Place 6 - 8+ c fresh fruit OR 6 c canned fruit Into a 11”x 7” baking dish |

| In a Bowl, Mash together: | ||
| 3 bananas | ||
| 1/3 c nut butter (almond works well) or 1/4 c butter | ||
| 1/2 t salt | ||
| 1 t cinnamon | ||
| Add in: | ||
| 2 c rolled oats | ||
| 1/2 c coconut or other chopped nut | ||
| Mix well and spread over fruit | ||
| Bake for 45 Minutes | ||
