Preheat griddle | ||
| Blend tll ground: | |||
| ½ c whole, raw millet | |||
| 1/4 c ses. seeds | |||
| Next add: | |||
| 1 ½ c water | |||
| 1 egg | |||
| 1 c oats | |||
| ½ t salt | |||
| 1 banana | |||
| Blend till smooth and pour onto a med/hot griddle, shaking pan to distribute evenly into a thin crepe/pancake for approx 1 1/2 minutes on each side | |||
| May need to add more water before each new crepe as batter thickens while standing. | |||
| Makes approx six 6” diameter crepes. | |||
