SIMPLE BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

Preheat oven 375 | ||
| Prepare 12 muffin tins | |||
| In blender : | |||
| 1 c water | |||
| 4-5 ripe bananas | |||
| 1/3 c almond butter OR 1/4 c coconut oil | |||
| Stir together: | |||
| 1 T baking powder | |||
| 1/2 t salt | |||
| 3 c whole grain flour, barley is preferred | |||
| 1 1/2 c fresh or frozen blueberries | |||
| 1/4 c nuts, chopped (opt) | |||
| Mix liquid and dry ingredients, stir and spoon into muffin tins | |||
| Bake 30 minutes | |||
