SORGHUM BANANA CAKE

Preheat oven 350 | ||
| In blender : | |||
| 4 oz water | |||
| 2 bananas, ripe | |||
| 2 T oil | |||
| 1/2 t salt | |||
| 1/2 - 1 t cinnamon | |||
| Blend till smooth. | |||
| In a bowl put: | |||
| 1 c sorghum flour | |||
| 1 t baking powder | |||
| 1 t baking soda | |||
| Add wet mixture to dry and stir quickly. | |||
| Put half the mixture into a 7 x 11 inch baking dish. | |||
| Pour on 1 - 1 1/2 c fruit of your choice. | |||
| Spread on the other half of mix. | |||
| Bake for 40 minutes | |||
