CAROB BROWNIES WITH STEVIA

In a blender: | ||
| If you want to use walnut flour rather than almond or coconut flour, finely grind 3/4 c raw walnuts and place in bowl. | |||
| Next, in blender grind: | |||
| 1 T flax | |||
| Add to the blender: | |||
| 1/4 c unsweetened coconut milk (or other unsweetened milk) | |||
| 1/4 c water | |||
| 2 bananas | |||
| 1/8 t salt | |||
| 1/4 c oil | |||
| 1 t lemon juice | |||
| Blend and let sit for 10-15 minutes | |||
| In a bowl: | |||
| 1/2 c sorghum, chestnut, or teff flour | |||
| walnut flour from above OR 1/2 c almond flour or coconut flour | |||
| 1/3 c carob flour | |||
| 1/2 t baking soda | |||
| 2 small packets stevia | |||
| Mix well. Quickly add liquid to dry ingredients and spoon into a prepared medium baking pan. | |||
| Bake at 375 for 25 minutes | |||
