In a food processor pulse: | |
| 12-14 med-large dates, fresh | ||
| 1/3 c carob powder | ||
| Add a small amt of water if dates are dry | ||
| When thoroughly blended add: | ||
| 1 c peanut or other natural nut butter | ||
| 1 t vanilla | ||
| Blend till thick: | ||
| Mix in 3/4 c walnuts or coconut, optional | ||
|
Either spread in pan or roll in balls
