PEANUT BUTTER CAROB COOKIES

Preheat oven to 350º | |
| Blend: | ||
| 2 ripe bananas | ||
| ½ t salt | ||
| 3 oz water | ||
| 1/2 c p-nut butter, or other nut butter | ||
| 1 T vanilla | ||
| 2 packages stevia | ||
| Stir together: | ||
| 1 c sorghum or chestnut flour flour | ||
| 1/2 c carob or cocoa powder | ||
| 1/2 T baking powder | ||
| 1/4 c unsweetened carob or chocolate chips, optional | ||
| 1/4 c nuts or seed, optional | ||
| Mix wet and dry ingredients well and drop onto prepared cookie sheet | ||
| Bake 20 minutes | ||
| You can also substitute various nut/seed butters for peanut butter and then add 1 t of another flavoring such as mint or orange | ||
