Preheat oven 350 | |||
| Mix: | ||||
| 2 c. cooked brown rice | ||||
| 2 c shredded carrots (3 carrots) | ||||
| 1/2 c onions, chopped (1 small) | ||||
| 1-2 stalks celery, chopped | ||||
| Blend: | ||||
| 1/3 c peanut butter | ||||
| 2 c milk, nut, soy, rice or dairy | ||||
| 1 1/2 t salt | ||||
| 1/2 t thyme or 1 t poultry seasoning | ||||
| 1 t onion powder | ||||
| 1/2 t garlic powder. | ||||
| 1-2 slices bread or 1/2 c breadcrumbs, (can be gluten free), optional | ||||
| Mix both together | ||||
| Spoon into a 2 qt covered casserole and bake 45 min | ||||
