| Preheat oven 350 | |||
|
In a bowl mix well: | ||
| 2 cans salmon, drained | |||
| 1/2 large onion, diced and sauteed | |||
| 2 T fresh chopped dill or 1-2 t dried | |||
| 1/4 c chestnut flour or rolled oats | |||
| 1 T parsley or 1/3 c fresh chopped | |||
| 2 eggs, blended | |||
| ½ t salt | |||
| Place into a loaf pan and bake 40 minutes: | |||
