SAVORY MILLET BAKE

Preheat oven 350° | ||
| Blend: | |||
| 3 no-chicken, chicken or vegetable stock | |||
| ½ c raw almonds or cashews | |||
| 1 t salt plus 1 t herbs of your choice OR 2 t vegetable salt | |||
| black pepper to taste | |||
| Stir into the above: | |||
| 6-8 oz of chopped green or black olives, drained and chopped | |||
| 2 stalks celery, chopped | |||
| 1 c millet, quinoa or other quick cooking grain | |||
| ½ onion, chopped | |||
| Place in baking bowl and bake 350 for 35-45 minutes | |||
