Simple Oat Burgers

This is an easy and versatile recipe that freezes well. They can be made into balls and used on pasta. They're also good in lettuce wraps with a solanine free sauce.
Preheat oven 350°
Blend:
2 1/2 c water
1 1/2 t salt or 1/3 c shoyu or Braggs Amino
1 clove garlic
1 med. onion
1 c nuts, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, almonds (all raw)
1 t seasonings of your choice ( poultry, Italian, spicy, etc)
Pour into a large saucepan
Rinse blender with1/2 c of water and add to saucepan
Bring to a boil
Add:
2 1/2 c raw oats
Cover, turn off heat, allow to sit 30 minutes
Use ice cream scoop to make patties onto cookie sheet
Bake 30-40 minutes
