| 7 1/2 c water | |||
| 2 stalks celery | |||
| 1 large onion | |||
| 1 large carrot | |||
| 1 Bay leaf | |||
| 1/4 t thyme | |||
| 2 t salt | |||
| Blend and serve | |||
