In a pot place: | ||
| 1 c water | |||
| 3 medium rutabagas, cut into chunks | |||
| Cook till soft then add: | |||
| 1/2 t salt | |||
| 2 T tahini, raw sesame butter OR oil OR butter | |||
| Mash and adjust salt. | |||
| May add other herbs or seasonings | |||
