ROASTED BEETS

|
Chose small to med size fresh beets, either yellow, orange or red. | ||
| Scrub well and dry. | |||
| Rub with oil. | |||
| Sprinkle on kosher salt if desired. | |||
| Bake 400 degrees for 1 hour. | |||
| Allow to cool then peel off skin. | |||
| Enjoy hot or cold and in a variety of ways. | |||
