Preheat oven to 400 degrees: | ||
| Peel and slice: | |||
| 3 large parsnips | |||
| In a bowl mix: | |||
| 1/2 t salt | |||
| 2-3 T oil | |||
| 1/4 t ginger powder | |||
| 1/4 t garlic powder | |||
| black pepper | |||
| Coat the parsnip chips with the above and spread on baking sheet. | |||
| Bake approximately 30 minutes | |||
