This same recipe works great for rutabagas and sweet potatoes, just vary the seasonings or only add oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees:
Peel and slice:
3 large parsnips
In a bowl mix:
1/2 t salt
2-3 T oil
1/4 t ginger powder
1/4 t garlic powder
black pepper
Coat the parsnip chips with the above and spread on baking sheet.
Bake approximately 30 minutes
